Privacy policy for our El Paso real estate brokerage.
How Elevate Investment Group handles personal data collected through this website, and the rights you have under Texas law.
Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Elevate Investment Group, LLC (Texas Real Estate Commission licence #9014884-BB) handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
Designated Broker: Anita Johnson, licence #710809-B. Office: 1035 Belvidere, Unit 105, El Paso, TX 79912.
No legal, tax, or investment advice
Elevate Investment Group, LLC is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. Everything on this website, and everything we provide in the course of brokerage or property management services, is real estate brokerage information.
It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial or investment advice, an appraisal, or immigration advice. Using this website, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an attorney–client relationship, a tax adviser relationship, or any investment advisory or fiduciary relationship in respect of an investment.
We do not offer or sell securities, pooled investment vehicles, or fractional interests in real property, and we do not hold or manage client money for investment.
You should retain your own attorney, tax adviser, accountant, lender, inspector, surveyor, and any other professional your situation calls for. We work alongside the professionals you retain; we do not replace them.
Your decisions are your own
Decisions about whether to buy, sell, lease, hold, or manage a property, and at what price and on what terms, are yours. You are responsible for your own due diligence, for reading and understanding every document you sign, and for the financial consequences of the decisions you make.
We make no representation or guarantee as to the future value, income, appreciation, rental performance, or resale of any property. Property values can fall as well as rise.
Information about a property that reaches you through us — including information from a seller, a landlord, a multiple listing service, a public record, or a third-party report — is passed on as we received it and is not independently verified by us unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Square footage, measurements, boundaries, zoning and permitted use, tax amounts, school attendance, utility service, and flood status should each be verified independently before you rely on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Elevate Investment Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information supplied by a third party. Nothing in this notice limits any duty or liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, including the obligations a licence holder owes under The Texas Real Estate License Act and the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We do not collect personal data passively, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Depending on which form you use, that may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The property address, location, type, size, or current management arrangement you tell us about
- The area of interest, timing, or city of residence you select
- Anything you write in a free-text field
- The exact wording of the consent statement shown to you, the time you submitted it, and a version identifier for that wording
We keep the consent record so that if the consent wording changes later, your submission still shows what you actually agreed to.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to provide real estate brokerage services you have asked about. If you ticked the consent box, we may contact you by phone, text message including automated messages, and email about that enquiry.
We also review the enquiries we receive in order to improve our services and this website — for example, to understand which areas, property types, and questions come up most often, and to describe what we do more clearly. Wherever that analysis does not need to identify you, we look at enquiries in aggregate rather than individually.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If that ever changes, we will update this notice before the change takes effect and, where the law requires consent, we will ask for it.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form data on our behalf. We do not route submissions into analytics platforms, advertising tools, or artificial intelligence services.
This site loads no third-party scripts, no analytics, and no advertising tags. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a content delivery network, so viewing a page does not report your visit to another company.
Our hosting provider necessarily processes technical information such as IP address in order to serve the site and to filter spam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and consent records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to provide the services you asked about, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licence holder. Transaction records are subject to record-retention requirements set by the Texas Real Estate Commission, which apply independently of this notice.
Your rights under Texas law
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and access it
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects
As stated above, we do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for that kind of profiling.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request to info@eigproperties.com or to the office address above. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you why before the first period ends.
If we deny your request
You may appeal. Send your appeal to the same address within a reasonable time of receiving our decision, and we will respond in writing within 60 days explaining the reasons for our decision.
If we deny the appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
