Consultation
We talk about where you want to live, what you want to spend, and your timing. This costs nothing.
Representation agreement
Before touring homes, buyers now sign a written representation agreement. It sets out what your agent will do for you and how your agent is paid.
Budget and financing
You establish a realistic budget, usually by speaking with a lender first so you know what you can borrow before you start looking.
Search
We search on your behalf across El Paso and send properties that match what you asked for, rather than leaving you to filter listings alone.
Tours
We tour the properties with you and point out what a listing photo will not show, including condition, location, and anything that would affect resale.
Offer
